We are seeking experienced people for the following positions:
SUPERINTENDENT REMUNERATION BENEFIT - 926350
(Jakarta Head Office)
Some of your duties will include:
• Conducting job analysis interviews and writing job descriptions. Also provide analysis reports on job evaluation activities, salary surveys and structures, compensation programs, and market trends monitoring the organization’s salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff;
• Provides analysis and recommendations for competitive market peer community of V companies, perquisite practices, and salary, bonus, long-term incentive approaches;
• Assist in company activities associated with maintaining the job management/control V process including validation of job definition criteria and job mapping;
• Evaluates and compares existing company benefits with those of other employers by analyzing other plans, surveys, and other sources of information. Plans, develops, and/or participates in area and industry surveys. Analyses results of surveys and develops specific recommendations for review by management;
• Assist in development of specifications for new plans or modifies existing plans to maintain company’s competitive position in labor market. Assist in socialization of the approved new plans and changes by preparing announcement material, booklets, and other media for communicating new plans to employees;
• Works with HRIS to ensure that all systems meet compensation and benefits needs and are updated according to compensation changes;
• Manage projects such as survey participation and analysis, salary structure creation, equity grant guidelines;
• Assist in the designs and administers employee benefits programs; Administer leaves of absences and worker’s compensation claims.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Have a minimum bachelor degree from Business, Finance, Accounting specializing in   Human Resources, or equivalent;
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of Compensation & Benefits programs. with 5 years’ experience in the same areas at senior level with leadership/supervision experience. Experience on a mining or construction site will be an advantage;
• Compensation and/or Benefits certification preferred;
• Broad knowledge of and ongoing awareness of compensation and benefit trends, Job Analysis and Job Evaluation, regulations governing business accounting and taxation rules;
• Knowledge of global pay practices;
• Deep analytical abilities; understanding of statistical methodologies and analysis desired;
• Strong leadership, self-motivated, honest, ability to influence, innovative and problem solving, good behavior and can work individually and team work; Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
SUPERINTENDENT PLANT – BIG DIGGER - 926351
(GBU)
Some of your duties will include:
• Lead, organize and provide direction for employees to ensure required goal and performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results;
• Manage the relevant mobile plant assets to To ensure that the Maintenance Department goals are achieved DIGGER MTBF>50%, PM>45%, MA>90%, No TSE breach,  Zero LTI, by following the procedures which are set up in TGS;
• Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between workshop and operations personnel regarding breakdowns safety issues, and prioritizing of the equipment repairs;
• Ensure there is effective utilization of plant personnel and resources to achieve optimum performance in all facets;
• Assist Plant Planning & Sites in the development of structured plant maintenance schedules; optimize major rebuild schedules with Plant Planning; Ensure that daily maintenance schedule and digger refueling time are carried out in safe and monitored; Planning and Coordination of shutdown work in cooperation with Planning Department. Ensure all repairs are carried out in and effective cost and timely manner;
• Participate in the planning process to manage forward purchasing activities for components and parts; Analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required. Ensure that the correct procedures are used when breakdowns and failures troubleshooting. 
• Proactively train workforce to meet plant operational requirements;
• Liaise with OEM's, dealers and suppliers to purchase parts and to optimize plant operational and cost performance;
• Investigation and reporting of all incidents damaged to all equipment in the field and associated area, this is included for the operator abuse;
• Ensure that there is no impact for the environment from the activities that are carried out to operate and repair equipment by ensuring the procedures in the TGS and GBU Management Plan are in place.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Trade Qualifications or Maintenance / Engineering qualification with minimum 12 years trade experience in large mining or construction industry and has minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role as Superintendent Mechanic for Big Digger unit such as Hitachi and Liebherr Excavators; Staff Management;
• Understanding the heavy plant business; knowledge in OEM products in Heavy Equipment; handling diagnostic skills in all aspects of mechanical repairs; OHS Regulations;
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring and negotiation/mediation; good analytical; conflict resolution; sound decision making skills; excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
COORDINATOR SAFETY (ERT LEADER) -  926349
(GBU)
Some of your duties will include;
• Developing, managing and providing adequate emergency plan and process;
• Facilitation of effective Emergency Response Solutions to meet Client and TCI system and business requirements;
• Provide input into developing site Emergency Response improvement initiatives and establishing action plans; Identify best practice and introduce to other sites; Recommend changes to effectively manage risks; Develop and introduce risk control programs to improve safety performance;
• Assist Project Management Team to implement site Mitigation and emergency response improvement initiatives; To become familiar with Client Safety Requirements, and then proceed to plan, develop and implement relevant Emergency Response solutions or programs;
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of the business through implementation, and proactive promotion of OHS program; Develop relationships with Client Manager’s and Safety representatives, Project Managers and Site staff to influence and gain buy-in for implementation of improvements to TCI and relevant Client safety management systems;
• Participate in investigations of significant incidents and identify deficiencies in risk control programs.
• Instruct and mentor project team member on risk identification and control philosophies and methods.
• Conduct site Emergency preparedness Audits as per schedule and Follow through on audit outcomes and provide assistance as required.
• Work with Training Centre staff to develop/deliver training packages and promotional material to support Emergency Preparedness programs.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Tertiary Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental qualifications or relevant qualifications, have experience on Emergency Preparedness Management System in mining operation practice with minimum of 5 years’ experience as Coordinator Safety.
• Have a strong Knowledge, skills and experience in Emergency Preparedness management systems; Have a strong knowledge about Safety, Health & Environment (HSE Standard of mining safety, Plant safety, and construction safety), OHSAS 18001, SMK3, Safety Auditor, and risk management process; Possess Statistical analysis.
• The candidate should fluent in English both oral and written, and proficient in computer literacy; strong leadership; strong communication both of external and internal; self motivated; an initiative person and able to work in team; innovative and problem solving; adaptability and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
